Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Kelt’s website and iOS app. By using Kelt, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
Kelt provides tools for tracking precious metals holdings, viewing market information (including spot prices), and participating in a peer-to-peer exchange experience. These tools are provided for informational purposes and convenience only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Kelt. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Kelt, including by attempting to access non-public areas, interfering with service operation, reverse engineering the app, scraping data at scale, or using Kelt for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or applicable law.
4. Market data, pricing, and alerts
Spot prices, charts, news, and alerts may be provided by third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Kelt does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or timeliness of market data. You are solely responsible for verifying information before making any decision or transaction.
5. Exchange and user-to-user transactions
If Kelt enables listings, offers, or messaging between users, any transaction is solely between the participating users. Kelt is not a party to the transaction and does not take title to items. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws (including taxes, shipping, and local restrictions), conducting due diligence, and assessing counterparty risk.
6. Counterfeit detection and calculators
Any counterfeit detection guidance, melt value calculator, or related tools are provided “as is” and may not detect all counterfeits or errors. Results are estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive authentication or valuation. Consider professional verification when needed.

Kelt may integrate with or link to third-party services (including market data providers). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. Kelt is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
10. Disclaimers
Kelt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Kelt does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Kelt (if any) for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using Kelt at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to Kelt at any time if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect Kelt, users, or the public, or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
