- With Other Users: Your profile name, city/state, wish list, active listings, and seller reviews are visible to other App users. Your exact address is never shared.
- Service Providers: We use third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), OpenAI (AI-powered features), and metals pricing APIs. These providers only access data necessary to perform their functions.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

11. IN-PERSON TRANSACTIONS DISCLAIMER
The App may facilitate connections between users for in-person exchanges of precious metals. We do not collect or monitor information about in-person meetings. We are not responsible for any interactions, transactions, or incidents that occur outside the App, including but not limited to theft, robbery, fraud, injury, or loss arising from in-person exchanges arranged through the App. Users engage in all in-person transactions entirely at their own risk.
